  I have not met Joe or his team in person however I already feel like I am part of the family. I have just completed the 21 day fat loss plan which I joined via email. I received a comprehensive easy to use E book with meal ideas and a 15 minute per day exercise plan. The plan easily fitted in with meals I was making for the rest of the family and I didn't have to buy any faddy weird foodstuff! I exercised at home in my front room. At 55 years old I thought that I might not be able to do some of the exercises and that my body had been this shape for so long that it wouldn't change significantly. Well, that was not the case at all, as three weeks later I had lost 7.5lb and 12 inches! Yes, I had to make some changes and put the effort in as you do with anything, but these results have given me the motivation to continue with this lifestyle change. I have so much more energy and a very wide grin! Thank you Joe and your family for all your support. I cant recommend this plan highly enough.
